Having over 13 years of experience in media research, content management and academic activities in various roles viz. Teacher, UGC-Project Fellow, Field Assistant, Resource person, Lesson writer, and Content Manager etc., Dr. C.N. Archana is currently associated with ILSASS as Assistant Professor. She is a gold medalist in her Master’s Programme (MCJ) and cleared UGC –NET in 2003. She also possess over 3 years of experience in IT Service Industry, as a Team Leader providing Content and Design support services. She has participated and presented papers in many international and national level conferences and seminars. Dr. Archana has been credited with a paper presentation in Sydney, Australia (February 2013) at the 1st Global Conference: “Hollywood and the World,” organized by an UK based Forum ‘Inter-Disciplinary.Net’. She has published around 12 research articles in recognized and referred Journals on international repute. She is also a recognized Ph.D. guide for Journalism & Mass Communication at Sardar Patel University. Her areas of research include Women and Media, Communication Theories and Models, Public Relations, Radio Programming and Production, Film studies, New Media, Consumer Behaviour, and Corporate Communications.

She is associated with CVM University at ILSASS (Institute of Language Studies and Applied Social Sciences) College in the Journalism and Mass Communication Department as an Assistant Professor from September 2022. She have more than 10 years of experience in different Organizations including Teaching, research and industrial experience as a Public relations manager and wrote several research articles, and newspaper articles and wrote notes for Saurashtra University in the management area for BBA and MBA under Creative Prakashan publication’s (Educational book Publisher of Rajkot). She is associated with IIP (Iterative International Publisher) Journal, Novi, Michigan, USA and Chikkamangaluru, Karnataka as an editor (June 2023). It is an International Journal online, open-access, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary Journal. She was awarded by Insc (An ISO: certified by International Accurate Certification, Accredited by UASL) in January 2021 as Institute Research Excellence Award. This award is for the Research scholars, academicians and professionals from different industries and for their research work published in any International Journals or Conferences. She is first Rank Holder in Journalism and Mass Communication 2017 batch of GACC (Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Arts and Commerce College) and secured the first position in both the years at university (Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidhyalaya). She has published around 10 research articles in recognized and referred Journals on international repute. Her areas of research include New Media, Fake news, social media, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing communication and Corporate Communications.

A Media Professional having industry experience of more than 5 years and academic experience of more than 3 years. My family business is photography therefore, I am acquainted with the nuances of photography and videography. Hence, My domain subjects are Photography, Visual Communication & Film Production. In addition, I also teach Subjects like Advertising, Public relations, Digital Media, and Electronic Media Production. I had been an active member of the Board of Studies for the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Parul University. I have developed various courses for the bachelor's as well as masters program in Journalism and Mass Communication. I am currently pursuing Ph.D. in Mass Communication from Amity University, Rajasthan. My area of interest in research is Film Studies.

Dr. (Mrs.) Rajinder Kaur Barot is a qualified and experienced professional currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Institute of Language Studies and Applied Social Sciences. She holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Additionally, she has cleared the State Eligibility Test (GSET) and holds a Master's degree in Economics with Distinction (Gold Medalist), along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics with First Class honors. She possesses a total teaching experience of more than 12 years along with 2 years of industry experience. Her areas of interest are Environmental Economics, Industrial Economics, Consumer Behaviour and Financial Economics.
Dr. Kaur has published few papers and abstracts in prestigious journals and conferences, covering topics such as community revitalization, environmental financing, innovative marketing, and the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises in employment generation.
Dr. Kaur's wide-ranging experience, distinct qualifications, and active participation on expert panels highlight her multifaceted expertise and ability to contribute effectively to academic and professional domains.

She is having 17 years of teaching experience in the field of English Literature and Language, at present, she is working as Assistant Professor with the Department of English at Institute of Language Studies and Applied Social Sciences. Her research interests are exploring postcolonial studies, comparative literature, Middle Eastern literature, African literature, American literature, Indian Writings in English, Cinematic adaptation of fiction, contemporary theories and ELT. She has to her credit seven research papers in national and international journals. She has presented five research papers in various national and international conferences. She has participated in various state and national level workshops on English Language teaching and learning.

A teacher is his true spirit, has 9 years of teaching and teachers' training experience in the field English language and literature at EFLU's regional center at H M Patel Institute of English Training and Research ( Vallabh Vidyanagar), Nirma University (Ahmedabad), Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (Ahmedabad) and currently working as an Assistant Professor at Institute of Language Studies and Applied Social Sciences (ILSASS), Vallabh Vidyanagar.
In addition to this, he has published and presented more than 5 research papers at National and International level. He has a total of 11 books published to his credit. He has contributed as a author of 4th Std FL English textbook publised by Gujarat State Board of School Textbook. He has also coordinated and is a part of 'Madhyam Gujarati Uttam Angregi' project run by Niranjan Bhagat Foundation, supported by Ahmedabad University and funded by Gruh Finance, Ahmedabad under CSR scheme.

Dr. Navodita Bhatt is interested in the areas of language studies and practical pedagogies of teaching English language. She is having 05 years of experience of teaching in MA ELT department. She guided 22 students of Postgraduate for research dissertation on various current issues. Her area of interest is research, academic writing, Creative writing, ESL Pedagogies and Linguistics. She has to her credit 12 presentations in national and international conferences and 06 publications in national and international journals followed by participation in multiple workshops and FDPs. Apart from this, she provided services as a Coach in ‘Special Olympics Bharat’ organized by Ministry of Youth Affaires and Sports, for Persons with Intellectual Disability in year 2018 and 2019.

Having over five years of teaching experience in the subject of Psychology and research. Dr. Mohsin Garana did M.A. and M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Saurashtra University. His Area of Specialization is Abnormal Psychology, Social psychology and counseling. He has Research Experience of 05 Years. He was Attended 5 International and 16 National Conferences. Published 04 research Papers in Various Journals.

He is having 08 years of teaching experience in the field of Psychology, at present, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. A doctorate professor who brings eight years of valuable teaching experience in the field of Psychology. His expertise extends to culture and sports activities, and he has actively contributed to exam duties, enriching the academic environment.

Ms. Anjali Nenwani holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Sardar Patel University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Maharaja Sayajirao University. With almost 2 years of counseling and psychological assessment experience, she is dedicated to evidence-based interventions and holistic support for clients. Clearing the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) in Master's itself, she showcases her deep knowledge and commitment to staying updated in the field. She has actively participated in conferences, and presented papers in National-International conferences. With her strong subject foundation, practical exposure, research expertise, and desire to teach, she is poised to contribute significantly as an academician in the field of psychology.

She has completed her Master's from CVM University. She has experience of working in Child therapy centers, school and research centers. Her area of Domain is Child Psychology, I/O Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Had presented several papers in National and International conferences. She is also enthusiastic to create awareness regarding Mental Health and removing the social stigmas. Is committed towards teaching and overall development of students within and outside the classroom.

Brijesh Patel faculty of Human resources management & social work in Institute of language studies & applied social science (ILSASS). He holds an experience of around six plus years in Academic as well as corporate sector. His specialised area is CSR along with Organizational behaviour, compensation management, employment legal compliance. He was also associated as a Lecturer in Department of Social work, Sardar Patel University. He was a member of UGC NAAC criteria presentation Committee in IQAC, 2017. Having three different research projects in Organizational Behaviour, includes research with UGC, Delhi sanctioned SEED grant research project in subject of Quality of work life with manufacturing industries of Anand district. Had coordinated 3 times HR Conclave, HR summit. Coordinated NGO meet programmes with fifteen plus NGOs for student’s exposure also coordinated NSS rural camp for consecutively 3 years on social issues. He was Awarded with the best performer employee award for payroll processing & legal compliance MNC companies (SIEMENS, L&T & VOITH, TCL) employees. Also publishing articles from V-Vidhyanagar Monthly magazine. Having around seven years of experience in teaching in the fields of Social Work and Human Resource Management, Mr. Mehul Rabari is presently working as an Asst. Professor in Institute of Language Studies & Applied Social Sciences (ILSASS), Vallabh Vidyanagar (Gujarat – INDIA). He has also served as a Lecturer in Department of Social Work, Sardar Patel University. He is also a President of the Ashirwad Samaj Seva Trust. He has done MSW, DLP and presently pursuing Ph.D. He has successfully cleared UGC – NET in Social Work as well. He has written five books in the various subjects of Social Work. He has presented several papers at national and international level seminars, published six articles/chapters in various journals/books to his credit. He has also provided his consultancy services to well known industrial organizations, Government Organizations & NGOs.
